Guidelines for Online Purchases and In-person pickup

ATX Koi Corp. is delighted to offer our customers the convenience of purchasing products online with the option of local pickup. Please note that we do not offer shipping or delivery services at this time. This policy outlines the procedures and guidelines for local pickup.

Order Details

Customers can browse and purchase products through our online store, whether on-site or remotely. During the checkout process, please select the "Pickup" option. Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email with details of your purchase and instructions for pickup.

Koi-orders are typically processed when you arrive. Other products will be held (or ordered if not in stock) for you.

Requirements for Pickup

When collecting your order, you must present:

• A copy of your order confirmation email (digital or printed)

• A valid government-issued photo ID (e.g., driver's license, passport)

This is to ensure the security and accuracy of the pickup process.

All local pickups are to be made at our designated store location at 8706 Pepper Rock Drive, Austin, TX 78717.

Pickup Hours

Our pickup hours are as follows. Please ensure you visit during these hours to avoid any inconvenience.

• Monday to Friday: 5-7pm

• Saturday / Sunday: 9am to 5pm

Appointment Scheduling

To ensure a smooth pickup experience, customers are required to book an appointment during these pickup hours. This can be done through our online scheduling system or by contacting us via email at info@atxkoi.com or texting your request to 512-850-8782.​

Order Holding Period

We will hold your order for up to 7 days from the date of purchase. If you are unable to collect your order within this period, please contact us to make alternative arrangements at the mentioned contact information or via the website.

 

Uncollected orders will be canceled and refunded after the holding period.
