Introduction

Welcome to the ATX Koi Corp. Loyalty Program! We value our customers and aim to provide rewarding experiences through our point-based reward system. This policy outlines the details of our loyalty program, including how to earn and redeem points, or discounts available to certain groups/affiliations.

How to Earn Points

Sign-Up Bonus: When you sign up for our loyalty program, you will receive an initial bonus of 50 points.
Purchase Points: For every purchase you make, you will earn an additional 25 points.

Point Redemption

Value of Points: 10 points equate to $1 when redeemed.
Redemption Process: Points can be redeemed automatically during the checkout process. Please inform our staff that you wish to use your points, and the corresponding discount will be applied to your total purchase amount.
Point Expiry: Accumulated points do not expire and can be used at any time.

Additional Group Member / Affiliation Discounts

ATX Koi Corp. is proud to offer additional discounts to members of the following organizations:

Austin Pond Society
Water Garden Club of San Antonio
Veterans

To avail of these discounts, you are required to enter a specific group code at purchase, after which you should be able to receive your group discount automatically, as we will set it up in your profile for you.

You do not need to join the loyalty program to avail of these discounts.

Proof of affiliation or membership is required when arriving to pick up your merchandise.

Stacking Discount Codes (Not!)

Points and Discount codes cannot be stacked at this time. Please choose the one that works out best for you.
