Kujaku are a very beautiful variety of Koi. In fact, the full name for the variety is Kujaku Ogon which translates literally as ‘Peacock’ Kujaku are metallic Koi which originate from crossing Goshiki with Matsuba (more specifically Hikarimuji). Kujaku typically have white skin, with a net-like reticulation (similar to that of the Asagi) overlaid with patterns of gold/orange.
