Propolis Wound Seal- NT Labs

NT Labs Propolis Wound Seal is a topical treatment designed to seal ulcers, open wounds, and damaged fins in fish, particularly koi and goldfish. It's a natural product, derived from bees, that forms a waxy seal when it comes into contact with water, helping to prevent infection.

Topical Treatment For Fish
Treats: Ulcers, Open Wounds, Damaged Fins And Hikui.

Sealant for wounds, ulcers and Hikui (skin disease of red pigment). If necessary, sedate fish with Koi Calm before treating. Carefully dry the wound as much as possible. Spread Propolis onto the wound and slowly lower the fish back into the water. As the Propolis makes contact with the water, a waxy seal will form. Be careful to protect the gills and eyes.

Use to seal ulcers, damaged fins, open wounds and Hikui, preferably after cleaning these areas with Ulcer Swab (or another) antiseptic wound cleaner.

Upon contact with water, propolis becomes insoluble, forming a waxy seal to help prevent pathogens or debris entering an open wound.

Remove your fish from the pond. Optionally, sedate fish with Koi Calm before treating.

Carefully clean the area with Ulcer Swab, then dry the wound thoroughly

Spread Propolis evenly onto the wound and slowly lower the fish back into the water. As the Propolis makes contact with the water, a waxy seal will form.
