The "Mukashi Ogon" is one of the rarest varieties of Ogon koi. A Mukashi Ogon koi is a bronze-colored, metallic koi. It's a subvariety of the Ogon koi, which generally refers to a single-colored koi with a metallic sheen. Mukashi Ogons are known for their solid, bronze-colored bodies with a metallic shine that can make them look bronzed or even golden. 

This Koi is an "Doitsu" meaning it partially scaled. The scales are prominent scales on the back and a single row running along each side at the lateral line in addition to the row down the back. The lateral line is on the side of the fish about halfway up the side from the bellythat give the fish a unique and striking appearance. See for yourself!
